Geotechnical Engineering Services

Our typical geotechnical engineering project begins with a collaborative review of your project’s needs to define the required material properties. We then conduct a surface and subsurface site investigation of soil, rock, fault distribution and bedrock properties to determine their related engineering properties.  This includes how they will interact with, on, or in a proposed construction site. Investigations can include the assessment of the risk to humans, property and the environment from natural hazards such as earthquakes, landslides, sinkholes, soil liquefaction, debris flows and rockfalls. Developers, design groups, architects, building owners/operators and structural engineers throughout the Northeast have relied on our processes and people to deliver mission-critical data that helps move projects forward.
